IUI with 5 Mature Follicles

Hello,
I have a question about IUI. I just did my 2nd IUI yesterday and the day before, we did back to back ones and we had 5 mature follicles. His sperm counts were 6.5 million the first day and 4.5 million yesterday. Those are post wash numbers and he had good motility. I have low amh which is 0.49. Does anyone have any success stories with these numbers and low amh?
