I am a FTM beginning the hunt for childcare for my baby (due July 2015). I really like the concept of Nanny share however I have little experience in the process. I'm open to hosting in our apartment in Virginia Square or teaming up with an existing nanny.

Anyone in the neighborhood want to join forces around September 2015?
