Tracking app

Any suggestions on tracking apps? I'm going back to work in a couple weeks and my daycare offered to track while they have her. I'm looking for something easy and has nursing (both bf and bottle) pumping, diapers and sleep. Also something that will sync between different phones.

Re: Tracking app

  • I use the baby feed app and have been really happy with it. It will track everything you're wanting it to and syncs to multiple devices. I also like that it will chart everything so I can see if there is a pattern.

  • I use Baby Daybook. I like the start and stop function for breastfeeding and tummy time. You can make notes on each entry and you can save everything to Dropbox.

OP - it would be helpful to know what sort of device they are using for access. Android vs iPhone vs iPad.

BabyConnect is one I'm familiar with that has options for all three plus PC. Costs about $5 per Google Play or iTunes account. Free trial only lasts two days. Can do graphs, export to .csv file, or send data email.

My preferred is Baby Daybook - allows syncing via Dropbox account. I'm pretty sure it is Android only. Free with ads or there's also a paid version. Clean user interface, black background makes it easy on the eyes at night, but lacks graphing ability.

  • I also use Baby Daybook & I love it.
  • FeedBaby has been good so far
