I have been cleaning out my pantry and freezer the last few weeks. Almost done digging our way out and need to get cooking again soon to refill my freezer back up.

M - Tater tot casserole. We used ground turkey and lean ground beef and low fat creamed soups so it wasn't as unhealthy as it sounds and it was GOOOD.

W - Chicken tacos. Now that I've found frozen sliced fajita meat that doesn't have hormones or MSG I think we're going to have this a lot.
