Last night I suddenly started gushing. I had heavy bleeding from 8pm until around midnight when I finally tried to go to bed. I passed several clots as big as my fist.

I called the on call dr and it happened to be the same dr I saw last time when I got in and was diagnosed with the sch. He told me to call in the morning and see if I could get my ultrasound moved up, it was supposed to be at 1:30pm.

I haven't been able to sleep at all. I've been awake all night. And I feel extra horrible because he told me not to eat or drink anything after midnight in case I have to have a d and c.

My h just left for work saying he couldn't not go to work. So I'm going to be here alone trying to take care of our daughter with no idea what might happen. I don't know why I'm bleeding this much with such big clots. The dr said he wouldn't have expected this from my last ultrasound.

I don't know what to think, I just hope they can get me in this morning and see what's going on. This is really scary.
Me:41, DH:41 Positive for MTHFR mutations- one copy C677T, one copy A1298C. One daughter born on Thanksgiving in 2013. Six losses.

    Oh Guennie, this is so scary, I am so sorry you are going through this :-((. I thought you had enough of those scares already....
    And it's even worse that you are alone.... Can you call a friend to come over?

    Diagnosed with high FSH and DOR - January 2012
    BFP#3: (Gonal-F, Trigger + TI) - May 2012; DD born Jan 2013 (c-section because of partial placental abruption)

    December 2013: FSH 27, AMH < 0.03
    A few medicated TI cycles in 2014.
    BFP#4: (Gonal-F, Trigger +TI) - Nov 2014; DS born July 2015

    oh gosh! I'm so sorry you're going through this!!  I hope they're able to get you in. It's so hard to be alone and take care of kids while you're feeling that way. been there done that!

    SO: 41. Diabetic. We are not married yet in the legal sense. 
    Together since Feb 09. TTC since Jan 11.
    6 Clomid cycles. Mostly BFN one BFP but chemical Aug 12.
    IUI #1-3 Menopur and Ovidrel BFN. 
    IUI #4 Gonal-F and Ovidrel BFN.
    IUI #5 Gonal-F and Ovidrel BFP 9/15 
    Maternit21 all clear and a boy!

    so sorry you are going through this.  I hope that everything will be okay.  Please try to contact a friend or family member to come be with you.  You should not be facing this alone, especially with a 2 year old to take care of.

    Thinking of you Guen. Hope that it's just that stupid SCH acting up. My RE said odd's of m/c go down tons after you've heard HB....praying this is the case for you. Wish you had someone there to support you. Stroller helps a ton in Dr office with mobile LO. GL!!
    TTC since 10/09 Me-43 DH-44 RE and testing 10/10-11/10, Recommending IVF 1/11 New RE AMA and DOR-DH low motility IVF #1.1 cancelled 3/11 due to poor response IVF #1.2 May 2011, one perfect 8-cell embryo, 3dt-BFN, IVF #2.1 Converted to IUI d/t poor response. New RE 9/2011. IVF 2.2 completed using HGH,EPP,DHEA, Q-10 and accupuncture. Transferred one 8-cell, grade one embryo on 10/19. BFP 10/31/11 Chemical pregancy on 11/2/11. Started stims for IVF #3, our final try, on 12-2-11. ET on 12/18. Transferred 3 Grade A embryos-BFFN Planning DE IVF, late March/early April- Donors ER expected to be 4/2-4/4. PAIF/SAIF welcome

    I agree with pp that you should see if someone else can come be with you.

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    Prayers that all is well for you!
    TTC#1 since Aug 2013, I'm 37, DH 41.  
    Maya Arvigo Abdominal massage (daily self care), plus TTC meditations.
    I'm very sensitive to diet (gluten, avoid processed foods) and environment. Have a history of inflammation and tendinitis before going off gluten in 2009.  
    July 2014 - RE Visit #1: Eggs look good, Endometrioma on R ovary, HSG showed blocked R tube close to ovary. DH SA normal 
    DX: Endometriosis probably the IF cause and gunking up tubes.  Since egg reserve is high, RE says I can wait a couple months and then get laproscopic surgery to remove endo & clear tube.  If that doesn't help then move to IVF. 
    Dec 2014 - Saw new RE - does not recommend surgery on tube as it isn't likely to help.  Doubts I have endometriosis.  My endometrioma shrunk to neglible size (yay!) 
    Seriously considering IVF in March/April
    12/17/14 - Natural BFP!
