    I am seeing a new RE on Friday in hopes of learning why my three FETs mean Failed Embryo Transfer. I am on CD 2 now but there is approximately .0001 chance of natural conception.

    QOTD: I have a very full patient schedule on Wednesday and Thursday since one of the other NPs is out for a few days. I am a single parent this week since DH is away on business, so my goal is tI hold it together all week.
    TTC since 3-08 IVF # 1 Dec 2011 BFP DD born at 31 weeks 6-24-12

    FET #1 Dec 2013 BFN

    FET # 2 Feb 2014 BFN

    No more frosties

    IVF #2. September 2014

    PGD yielded 2 perfect 5d blasts

    @MoFree‌ I hope this new RE on Friday has some answers or at least a good plan of attack for the future!

    AFM, 13dpo, bfn, not surprised. Signing all the moneyz away for IVF on Tuesday, IVF orientation on Wednesday, and if af arrives as expected tomorrow I will also have my baseline u/s on Wednesday. Assuming that all looks good, shooting myself full or hormones will start on cd3.

    QOTW: I WILL turn in DD's kindergarten registration this week, and send out Christmas thank yous....I feel shame..... X_X

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Cycle Status: 10 DPO or so.  I have zero hopes for this cycle so I'm just waiting it out so I can schedule my baseline appt this week. 

    QOTW:  I am trying to work on making dinner time less stressful for me.  I usually turn into a crazy person because everything takes 100X longer than I think it will....always.  I did a bunch of meal prep today and hopefully dinners will go smoother this week.

    Status: Ahh! I just scheduled surgery #2 for next Wednesday. I like this Dr better than the last surgeon already!

    Cycle Status:  CD34.  Negative HPT.  UGH.  Over these long (for me) cycles.

    QOTW:  @Flamingemu mentioned calendars... I have yet to get a new planner for 2015.  I looked at Target (where I usually buy them), but they were sold out of the planners I like.  I know it is so ridiculous, but I like to have a "cute" planner, and it needs certain features.  I would love a stupid Erin Condren planner.  I might just cave and buy one.  
    At the end of the week, we have a fundraiser to attend, so I'm looking forward to that.

    I've been on BCPs for a week and a half or so now (not sure).  I will start high doses of Lupron on Sunday to hopefully suppress enough for an FET in February.  I'm just not sure how I am going to function.  I'm super tired all the time on these BCPs and my belly is already looking beat up from Lovenox.  Since we really won't be able to afford more treatments without winning the lottery (and my husband says he is done), this is our last shot.  So, I am also freaking out about this not working.  I don't even know what to do if this FET fails.  How does one come to terms with having only one child?  I mean, she is great.  I love her dearly.  But, I always imagined she would have a sibling.

    Okay, that was long and not to the point.  

    QOTW:  Get caught up on some work stuff and get at least one good nights sleep.

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    Cycle status: CD 16, 3dpo and 3dpiui.

    QOTW: I'm hoping to survive my first two weeks of 2nd semester of nursing school this week and next week. There was no easing-in this time. Testing out on a ton of new skills tomorrow morning, 15 chapters of reading & accompanying study guide worksheets for Thursday lecture and lab, and 8 hour hospital orientation on Friday. Then lecture followed by study group and lab practice time Monday, 12 hour clinical Tuesday, 3 hour clinical Wednesday, 4 hour lecture Thursday. At least it will keep me busy enough that I won't have time to POAS obsessively in the TWW.

     CD 8: Just had my hysteroscopy today. Went well - no polyps and the no unicorniate uterus (as suspected). Natural cycle again before 3rd IUI next month. 

    QOTD: Hmmm...Busy week so I am looking forward to getting three new listings active (I am a real estate agent).

    @STL34‌ I am in a similar situation. if my lone frozen embryo does not implant and grow into our take home baby, then I will have to find a way to make peace with being a family of 3. I get weepy even thinking about it. FX for you.

    @STL34 I have no idea how anyone comes to terms with that.  It is such a shitty situation that any of us have to go through this.  I hope with everything that this next cycle is the one for you.

    Thank you for your kind words/thoughts, ladies.  @MoFree, it sucks.  It really does.  Good luck with your appointment on Friday.

    I am trying to take this all one day at a time.  But, I am also  starting to second guess doing a February FET.  February is a crazy month for me at work and I just don't know how I am going to be able to do everything.  But, they aren't doing a March cycle so I would have to wait until at least April if I don't do February.  If I wait until April, I feel like I may just be delaying the inevitable and, well, I would be 37 at the time of transfer (my birthday is at the beginning of April).  Maybe I'll just see how things work out.  I mean, I could end up cancelled again even on 4-8 times as much Lupron per day.

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN
