Step-parent Check-in 1/19 ***Warning: Children Discussed***

Hi everyone! I don't know how many of us stepparents are left on here, but I'm keeping up with this check-in anyway.

This is a check in for those women dealing with their own IF but are not a part of a childless family (read: stepparent). Many of us struggle with the dichotomy of joy and pain of being a stepmother while going through IF. This can be difficult no matter if your spouse has full custody, joint custody, regular visitation, or little contact. The 3T and IF boards are typically child-free safe havens so the issues we face as stepmothers sometimes go unaddressed. The goal of this check in is to support each other through this role and share the good times and the bad.
