Yesterday we had many clear and intentional "Daddy"s . Any other first words out there?

  • We also have boo for book. But she also says it a lot when she gets excited, so not sure there's real connection yet

  • Da buh bub deet and some growling not sure what any of these mean.
  • Mama , dada and baba .
  • Its funny,she totally ignored the words we actually tried to teach her and latched onto a word we only use a few times a day! I really wish it was "mama" ;)

  • she sometimes says the sound "puh" for up but I think that's it. Everything else seems to be random babbling

  • Whenever he drops his Sophie over his car seat, he yells "DEE DEE DEE".  We take this to be Damn Damn Damn!

    Lots of mom's and dada's and na na na but no intentional words yet.

    I really really hope she doesn't pick up any of the words I say when I'm driving

  • Mama, dada, baba, nana when he's angry at the world.
  • Zero. We just started stringing some babbling sound a together so hopefully soon there will be intentional words.
  • She said bye twice and yum once. Each time it was so strange!

    "Kihhh" for kitty, "top" or "dop" for stop, "gi!" for git when yelling at the cat or dogs, lol.

    ETA: Does "nom nom nom" when she's eating count? XD

  • Mama or Mom. I get Mom when she's crying for me to get her out of the crib five times a night.
  • Nothing yet- but he's been saying "mumumum" and "dadada". Although I'm sure his first real word will be the dog's name since we yell it around here so much!
  • Yay and "mum mum" <- which means food. Jerk baby.

  • Hi all day every day. Dog (without the 'g') and itty for kitty. She will also mimick their sounds if you ask her what they say (oof oof or eoww). One of her books has blub blub for a fish and she opened it to that page today and said bub bub. Lots of mama and dada, but still not sure there is meaning behind it.
