I'm also in the "can't keep up anywhere boat." Having lots of fun researching for our spring/summer plans though! Among other things, we'll be spending a week in Chicago in the spring, a week in Santa Cruz in the summer, and a few days visiting Redwood National Park. 

hvmom2b - any advice about visiting chicago with a baby? Words of wisdom? Glad you had a good trip!

Also, asked this in facebook, but I'll ask here too. For those that have used a realtor, what fee did they collect? The usual 6% or did they go lower?

@elyse4281‌ that is awesome your hubs took him to storytime! I've been wanting to go but ours is smack in the middle of morning nap time.
