Welcome to the October Check-In. This check-in is for anyone who has had a loss with an EDD in October.




Members, give us an update on how you are doing. If I didn’t tag you with specific questions, it’s only because we didn’t hear from you last time (or for a few weeks) - please jump back in. Please pop in and let us know how you’re doing even if you don’t have time to respond to everyone individually this week! New members, introduce yourself so that we can get to know you.

Question of the Week: Things have been pretty intense here so I am wondering who is still here, how you feel, and how we should move forward as a thread? I am sad to say that we will start having new October loss ladies joining us in the upcoming months. I want to maintain a safe and supportive environment, but I am looking to those of you who are still here to help me make sure we are providing the support incoming members need. Let me know if we should change things.

Thanks for posting @meredithcarole‌ are you back to work this week?

I'm feeling better and better about the surgery. I've been doing loads of research so I can prepare and so I know what to expect. June seems really far away, but I'm hoping it comes quickly. I've always been the type of person that once I make a decision, I'm all in and ready to do it. I posted in the other place some of the details I have about the surgery and what to expect.
