Any tips on painful breasts?

Mine feel so incredibly painful right now lol & I was wondering if any of you ladies know any tricks to relieve some of the pain. Different bras? Heat? Anything? Thank you!

I've been sleeping in a sports bra. It keeps them from flopping around at night (haha) and makes the morning transition to a real bra easier.

Sports bra! Also a nice soak in a warm bath seems to help me.

Thanks ladies! I'll definitely stock up on sports bras & for sure wear them to bed. Waking up hurts lol. @bazingaa what's with the eye roll?

Cool cabbage leaves are great for BFing, might be worth a try now if you're in that much pain.

I have always slept in a bra every night, but now mine are getting too small and the underwire is hurting, so I switched to a sports bra. I also got a heating pad.

Bra 24/7 for me. Hard to sleep at night because they hurt if anything touches them. My poor DH hugs me and I gasp every time and he's like 'oh no baby sorry!!!!' Heating pad helps. I can like feel my nips?! Like I'm aware of them, lol, so weird! FTM here so this is all so different and new.

I've started wearing a sports bra to bed & OMG what a difference! Feels so much better when I wake up.
