Good news, OP! I googled this for you to save you the clear trouble of so doing. It turns out the FAQ section on their website, which is super easy to find for even those who are internet challenged, has an exhaustive list of which products are ok when pregnant and nursing. Glad to be of service! Super looking forward to all your future contributions to this community!
Yes, you can use advocare spark while pregnant! Just one a day though because of the caffeine content. But it is safe. I use it when I work the night shift as a nurse because I don't drink coffee. Just make sure you're not going over the recommended 200 mg or less of caffeine every day. I think spark has 120 per serving.
I personally wouldn't feel comfortable taking any sort of weight loss or detox product while pregnant. Especially if I haven't talked to a real health professional about it. I think it's selfish as fuck while pregnant. Drink tons of water, eat lots of vitamin rich greens, proteins and good fats, then worry about weight loss and detox after you give birth....

No kidding! I did a 3 day detox cleanse the week before I got my BFP, because none of my temperature charting looked like it was going to be positive and I was having weird digestive issues. Yeah, those digestive issues turned out to be a baby, and temperature charting and I are apparently incompatible.
I was concerned enough that I mentioned it to my OB. She assured me that since I hadn't been taking weird pills and supplements, everything should be fine. Seriously, keep the weird stuff out of your body and away from baby! Not worth it!
ETA and this far into the game, you should've already asked. it's a little late for that.
Whatever it is, I was under the impression these Advocare products are all party of a detox/weight loss system. As you can see, I'm pretty uninformed to all of it other than what I see a ton of annoying ladies post on Facebook in attempts to lure me into their pyramid scheme.
Even as an Advocare distributor, my first response is going to be: Check with your doctor first.
However, the company's guidelines and med-science board have deemed it safe to take during pregnancy/breastfeeding, but recommend that you have no more than 1 serving per day (due to the caffeine content).
I STILL recommend that you consult your OB first though.

I would totally only drink spark. Most food is bad for you anyway --what with GMOS, Gluten, Carbs,Sugar, etc.
My baby boy is coming out with a six pack wearing Calvin Klein undies.
