  • Yes, you can use advocare spark while pregnant! Just one a day though because of the caffeine content. But it is safe. I use it when I work the night shift as a nurse because I don't drink coffee. Just make sure you're not going over the recommended 200 mg or less of caffeine every day. I think spark has 120 per serving.

Spark is not a weight loss supplement, guise.

It's a fucking energy drink. Ask your doctor.

ETA and this far into the game, you should've already asked. it's a little late for that.

Whatever it is, I was under the impression these Advocare products are all party of a detox/weight loss system. As you can see, I'm pretty uninformed to all of it other than what I see a ton of annoying ladies post on Facebook in attempts to lure me into their pyramid scheme.

  • Even as an Advocare distributor, my first response is going to be: Check with your doctor first.

However, the company's guidelines and med-science board have deemed it safe to take during pregnancy/breastfeeding, but recommend that you have no more than 1 serving per day (due to the caffeine content).

I STILL recommend that you consult your OB first though.
