beer of the month club?

I'm looking for a beer of the month club I can gift my brother for his birthday.  He's one of those men who already has everything he wants.  I would love it if I could find one for just 3 months and not for a ridiculous amount of money.  I was looking at beergifts.com which has a 3 month membership for 129.95 with free shipping.  Is that a good deal?  Does anyone have a specific site they've used and would recommend?  Thanks!

We just got my in-laws one from craftbeerclub.com on a recommendation from @pokedot.  We ended up going with them because they had a delivery plan for every 3 months so we could pay for only 4 deliveries but spread it out over a year in a seasonal fashion.  I think we paid about $150 for the 4 deliveries, so it'd probably be around $100 for 3.  They also had coupon codes on retailmenot.com and ebates.com.

DH loved this and was so surprised. I did the same as what beebop said. It worked out really well. One thing to keep in mind for deliveries is that an adult has to sign for them. I ended up having the beer delivered to my work and then brought it home since we weren't there during the day. It also comes with a letter stating where the beer is made and the company background and a food pairing you can make that goes well with the beer. I'll probably do that again for his birthday this year.

I have done that for DH in the past as well. How much beer are you getting each month? If I was to go to Total Wine and make a 12 pack it would be around $3 a bottle, so $36. Get 3 months of that + shipping, sure. 

I also had it delivered to work when we did it so I oculd sign.

I do this every year for DH.  He's a beer snob though, so this time I did craft beers, which sends a 24pk of various beers from around the US.

He reallllllly liked the rare beers I did last year.  That was only 2 bottles a month, but they were all rare, expensive beers from Europe.

That's the one I used for that.  I believe I had a coupon and I paid $40ish a month for 6m.  

Did you check retailmenot.com?  that's where I got the coupon codes when I've done it for DH.

Thanks!  Hmm I may have to ask my SIL about having an adult home to sign for it... He lives in a different state, so I can't have them delivered to me, but maybe their nanny can do it if they give her a heads up haha.

I used to ask my nanny to sign for my wine deliveries
