    Antibiotics can irritate the stomach, the uterus expanding can cause cramping pain, lots of sneezing/coughing can make your abdominal muscles hurt. So really it's difficult to say with certainty what the culprit is.

    However if the pain is severe or followed by bleeding you should contact your doctor.
