Hello, we have the same due date! I sell jewelry at the only jewelry store in my town, I'll be taking time off this summer and then can hopefully find a job with a more consistent schedule. Christmas is our busy season and I really don't want to miss out on our LO first Christmas next year!

Welcome! I think the other thread was before I was around so I'll go ahead and answer here. I am a student currently, I will have one more semester to go after the baby and will be graduating with a degree in PR. I want to eventually work for a nonprofit doing fundraising and community outreach.

Wow it sounds like you have a very exciting gig right now! Real estate is an interesting field - I was an agent for years and somehow survived the crash.
Btw, you can integrate both of your careers in one: aerial home tours! We use a drone for video tours of properties, and it's still a unique way to market your business.

I'm a writer. I also teach college kids how to write papers and be awesome.  Right now I'm procrastinating which is what writers and teachers do best.  If I'm on TB it's probably because I either have a deadline or papers to grade.

OP, I had to Google CSR, sounds like a cool field, especially if you did peace corps. I never ended up doing it, but did work at an ngo for 3 years. And I did a tefla course but never used it. nice career trajectory you have!
