regarding the "guidelines"

The Guidelines include etiquette - but that's not all they are. ----- I wanted to try and clear up some of the TOU and guidlines confusion. Things have been muddy lately, as I'm sure you've all seen, so I hope this helps some. I can try and answer as best I can any questions you might have. Aso, I'm going to be out most of the day, but I'll be back around later tonight. One more thing, I want to apologize for not being around much. My family life got really busy but things have slowed down so I should be checking in more often and participating again.
