The Insanity...did it begin Monday?

This lurker finally came out of the shadows and now we have a shit show. Could this be related, Monday I pull up my bump app and get this odd message I'm posting piracy related items from this IP Address. I had to acknowledge I would not do this or be banned. I hit the button. I was like WTF I haven't posted anything hit acknowledge and moved on. I never thought twice about it until I started lurking on parenting when this began and people were posting about odd notifications.
Anyone else get anything like this?
