prenatals?

I started taking prenatals the other day after 7months of being pregnant.. I take the spring valley ones... but they get me sleepy and a lil hungry do they all do this??

    You didn't take them until now?! Why not sooner? Also take them at night before bed and you won't notice side effects

    Did your Ob not tell you to take them right away? Some women, including myself, started taking them before pregnancy. I also take the Spring Valley brand, I have a habit of taking them at night before bed, I haven't noticed any side effects, the sleepiness can also be a pregnancy symptom, not just the prenatals.

    Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
    2 IUIs = BFN.
    1 IVF (Dec 2013) = BFN.
    FET, 2 frosties (June 13, 2014)

    Twin Girls - 02/11/15 - at 37 weeks (no NICU, home with me at 3 days).
