(Already asked this in the BF forum but figured I would ask here too) My baby is EBF. She had started breaking out in rashes and was extremely fussy and gassy so I cut out wheat/gluten, soy, dairy and nuts. The issues have gotten much better but now I'm wondering how to introduce foods back into my diet to see what exactly was causing them. For moms that have done this, did you just have a small bit of each food at a time (one piece of bread or 1 egg) and how long did you wait between each food? TIA!

I've only cut out dairy for the same reasons but think I may need to cut out soy too. Let me know how it goes!
