Has anyone dealt with an echogenic bowel?

We had our 20 week ultrasound yesterday and they found his bowel was echogenic. They are sending us to a specialist on Thursday but of course I am a little freaked out. I'm a FTM and it's hard to hear anything could be wrong with my baby. If anyone has dealt with this during this pregnancy or in a previous pregnancy, what was the outcome? Any advice or experience would be very much appreciated. Thank you
