Cervical twinges?

Have any of you ladies ever experienced cervical pains? They're not really pains per say and I don't have them all of the time but some times right before or after my AF I'll have little twinges that feel like they are on either the left or right of my cervix. It's weird. Anyways, I have an appointment for a pap next week as my first step towards getting ready TTC even though I still don't think I'll be ready just yet. Im going to ask my Dr of course and I've never had any abnormal paps. Just wanted to see if anybody else has experienced this before. I think I've read somewhere it could just be hormonal changes. Any input is welcome ;)

    I have. It's weird and something that came around after my losses. I will also say that after what I went through with my third loss, I'm pretty positive that it's my cervix and not my ovaries ;)

    That happened to me for a couple months after my loss.

    Thanks for your responses. I don't get it every month but maybe the last 2 months and a couple times a while ago.

    @Amybunny30‌ I've wondered off and on if it could be a cyst because of a few past experiences with drs but have never confirmed having any. I'll keep that in mind at my Dr app.

    @buggirl72‌ I'm sorry for your losses. It makes me worry about my cervix. I've never had abnormal paps but during a pelvic exam I had a Dr ask me if I had any trauma to my cervix (wtf?) And of course I don't think I have he said it was slightly opened but never elaborated so I assumed it was ok. Another point I will bring up at app.
