Questions about twins from a TTCAL'ER

Do any moms on this board have any twin experience? Our first pregnancy was twins. Because they run in my family (fraternal of course), my doctors say I have an even greater chance of conceiving twins a second time. I'm just wondering if any other moms have experience/advice, since they say it is safer to carry a singleton. Thanks. And I hope it's ok to post this ? here.
