Anyone have luck with an unmedicated FET?

Hi everyone. Has anyone had an unmedicated FET? I had a transfer 12/19 (eggs harvested 12/14) that resulted in a chemical pregnancy. My doc is having us skip a cycle, due to stim last month and subsequent pregnancy. Because my cycle is normal my doc is recommending the next FET be an unmedicated cycle. I'll admit, the idea of a transfer not followed by weeks and months of progesterone shots makes me almost giddy, but wondering if anyone has done an unmedicated cycle and had any luck. Not a big deal, just thought I'd ask if anyone has had this and how it went. Thanks!

I am mobile so can't see your siggy so not sure your dx, but I was unknown - medically other than a 30-35 day cycle there was no reason I wasn't getting pregnant.

We had 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs. Then we did an unmedicated FET cycle (after taking a month off) - and we are now due in 2 weeks! I was skeptical but willing to give it a try - and the idea of not being on a ton of hormones was certainly appealing. I did have bloodwork and ultrasounds so they would know when I was ovulating and then I did do a trigger shot to trigger ovulation. I also then was in Crinone- vaginal progesterone suppository post transfer.

We only transferred one 5 day blast (success rates were not statistically significantly higher for transferring 2 vs 1).

We got our BFP 2 weeks later and while the pregnancy hasn't been the easiest, it has been strong and are looking forward to meeting our little one soon.

As a side note - if we do decide to try for a 2nd in the future, I would be pro trying an unmedicated FET again before anything else as we still have some embryos.
