Welcome! I don't have personal experience but my only advice is to figure out what you really want and then discuss it with your SO. If he doesn't really say anything again, express to him that it's important that you both are on the same page. He may just need time to think since you both were leaning towards one direction and then, to him, you suddenly want more children. It's definitely a life changing decision and you both need to make sure it's the right decision for yourselves and family. Good luck!
