I start the gym today, so I have to work extra hard to get that off. I have to say though, the rest of the day I will drink water and eat better. Breakfast I usually splurge.
Smoothie: oats, Brewers yeast, almond milk, frozen strawberries, banana, almond butter, chai seeds & honey... Been doing this for about 1 month now... If I'm still hungry I go for 2 hard boiled eggs
Egg muffin with peppers sausage and spinach and two mini oatmeal pancakes with peaches. I make a big batch of oatmeal pancakes and add all sorts of fruit (probably as much fruit as batter lol) then freeze in packs of two. For a quick breakfast. Been making the egg muffins and crockpot Apple or peach oatmeal too. Lots of individual portions to eat quickly before work or at work (I have the freezer stocked here!)

Egg and cheese on English muffin, fruit bar, instant cream of wheat. Thyroid issues are making me EXTRA h-angry in the mornings!
