teeth - latch help?

DS has had one bottom tooth for a few weeks now. Yesterday nursing him was very painful. It feels like his tooth is scraping my nipple every time he sucks. I'm pretty sure the other bottom tooth is about to break through. He was pretty miserable all day. Will his latch correct once the other tooth comes in? Is there anything i can do now? Thanks.

Thank you! Good to know it may only last a few days. I've never been so happy to go to work and pump as i was today.

DS just gave me a nasty cut with his first tooth. I've had to go back to basics and be really careful when latching him on. With lots of lanolin and careful latching, it is improving.
