Ovulation delay due to flu

Hello I had influenza this past week. Started Sunday. I was suppose to ovulate Thursday or Friday. I did not get a positive opk yet. I am just wondering if being sick could throw ovulation off. I don't have any cm either. I should say I am not regular so I might not be ovulating at all this month. just wondering if anyone has had a delayed ovulation because of being sick and if you did how delayed was it?

How exactly do you know you were "supposed" to ovulate? Are you charting bbt?

You're "supposed to" ovulate when your body decides it's ready to.

My ovulation has never been delayed due to illness. Even when I was very sick. I know I ovulated by temping, but my opks didn't show it because I guess I was too dehydrated or hydrated. Idk. I'd recommend temping, so you know for sure in the future. You can look it up on Fertilityfriend.com
