When we sold ours, $1,500 was the difference between having to pay $1,500 out of pocket to sell vs paying nothing.

I know it can depend on other concessions made, if the price was already lowered, financial situation, local housing market etc., but in general, I'd probably accept the offer. $1500 is worth just having it over with to me.

Either way, I hope you sell it soon HE.

$1500 I would take the money and run. I've got a house got sale right now that I came down 30,000 on but that ended up not working out. But Another 1500 would have been worth it.

I seriously hate fucking around with selling a house. Like it's fun for anyone (lol), but I know that fuels my answer for selling asap. We aren't even going to put ours on the market until we've moved once our new home is built. I don't want people in my house while we're living here.

She didn't put in a no inspection clause, just agreed to not ask for repairs to be made prior to closing, I think.

I can't wait until we can start a remodel. Really don't need a high cost remodel just a few things that bug me. I also want a new refrigerator.
