LO won't eat veggies anymore

so LO refuses purees now. just started happening last week. i can get him to eat some of the fruit ones that he really likes, like pears or apples & blueberries. so I'm worried about his veggie intake

we normally do some yogurt and fruit pieces for breakfast

a veggie puree and some cheese for lunch

and dinner he eats what we eat. 

well now he's refusing the veggies! i try to give him some steamed veggies to pick up but he puts them in his mouth then spits them out

I'm sure its just a phase and that hell go back to loving veggies like he was. but at what point do i get worried? he's just about 11 months and lowering his breastmilk intake. i don't want the poor kid to live on carbs, dairy, and fruit! (even though thats my diet! lol. do as i say, not as i do, right?!)

Awesome ideas! Thank you! I'll be throwing some veggies in with pasta for dinner. And I'll look for some veggie muffin recipes! I wonder if I can get the bf eating those too LOL

A stopped doing the whole puree thing to but would occasionally take fruits, so far its just been an independence thing, Ive been giving her the puree pouches and she sucks the veggie ones down no problem, shes become very independent and didnt want me to feed her at all.
