Is there a website or YouTube channel to find yoga positions safe for pregnancy? I'm on maternity leave soon and I think I want to do that in the meanwhile.

I've used this one for both pregnancies and find that it helps stretch my hips and let's me sleep more.

There's also a lot on pinterest. You could check your local yoga studios as well to see if they offer prenatal classes. Also a lot of birth centers offer them as well. There are a ton of online resources.
