Do your babies move a ton in their crib?

What do you ladies do or do your babies move around a lot at night in their crib ? Does it make I nervous? Do you keep them snug?

Recently transitioned my dd to her crib and didn't sleep all night for fear she would roll on an arm or something and not be able to breath, I woke up twice and she was in the middle of the crib turned sideways all sorts of ways . Just looking for advise on what you ladies do

DD always starts out straight. Parallel to the sides of her PNP. And always ends up diagonal with her feet pretty much on the side of her PNP. She's a wiggle worm. :-??

Cribs are perfectly safe for sleeping, that's what they're for afterall. I wish my DD would sleep more in hers. When she is in her crib she's usually swaddled and yes she sometimes moves a lot but as long as there's nothing unsafe in the crib with her I don't think there's anything to worry about.

I swaddle my baby tightly and she still ends up smashed into the right side of her bassinet. The sides are mesh tho so Im not real worried about that.

Do you swaddle? I remember your baby is older than most all the other babies here so she might be starting to roll over which isnt safe if they are swaddled. If that is the case, I would worry.

I stopped swaddling she is 5 months 3 adjusted . She was in her rnp but has been waking up a lot I think she's outgrown it. I was just nervous transitioning . She wiggled a ton last night

Ladies thank u ! It seems as if it's ok for them to wiggle and rotate , I stayed awake most the night and kept adjusting her I'm not sure why I'm so fearful , she was 2 pounds at birth and had difficulty staying alive for the first few weeks so I thinks it's truamituxed me but I need to relax . All of your support and comments really just helped me to think hey it's ok if they wiggle and move around as long as there's room

It's totally ok for them to wiggle as long as your crib is free of things like blankets, pillows, toys, bumpers. My kids are all wiggle worms including DS2. He is still swaddled with one arm out but manages to wake sideways almost every night in his crib.

Sydney has done a 180 degree turn in her crib a few times.  I'd love to see how she actually does it.

My LO is also a huge wiggle worm. He goes to bed parallel to his crib sides and ends up in various places by the time I come get him. His favorite is to turn 90 degrees and slam his feet into the sides :-/
