childcare in Whitestown, Zionsville, NW Indy

I have a son who is a little over 2 now, and one on the way. Finding childcare in our area has been near impossible unless I want them with a crazy or have a ton of money to spend a week for a nanny (which we sadly don't). I have posted on mom boards, our neighborhood page, been on care.com and sittercity.com many times without luck. My ideal situation would be a nanny share where me and another family would share a nanny and split costs. More individualized attention and flexibility. I am also looking for great in home daycare recommendations or even a stay at home mom who might want to watch on child. Unfortunately at this time I don't think we can afford two in a center. Thanks for any help moms!
