Much needed words of wisdom

my husband and I have ttc for 15 months now. We are seeing a fertility doctor and have made progress after finding out I had a non functioning thyroid. Everything on paper looks great as I've had two rounds of clomid as well as a trigger shot both times. I'm due to test for pregnancy this Thursday and have had a few symptoms like achy legs and sore breasts. My question is, has anyone been down a similar path with success? Also, this is embarrassing but typically before my period starts I have blood after a bowl movement. Not in the stool just after I wipe. Has anyone ever experienced this or known someone who has? I feel disgusting and alone in this and of course it happened tonight which puts major doubts about getting s positive test Thursday. Thanks for any and all advice
