I thought this cycle might have been anovulatory, but I got crosshairs. I'm now 7DPO, so hopefully I don't go crazy during the rest of the TWW.

Thanks for the check in @Cheetara2!  Unfortunately AF came on NYE of all days!  X( so now I'm on CD 6.  Praying for this cycle to be "the one".  Otherwise nothing too eventful for me.  Today is the first day back with my students after the break and they are not having it.  I've never seen such a tough crowd lol.  We are supposed to get a big snow storm and some really cold temperatures so I'm not sure if we will be at school again until Thursday.  We will see!

QOTW: I'm not sure I have a favorite quote but I love searching inspirational quotes on pinterest all of the time!  Here is one I found today that I like:

AF showed up on 1/1!  I had my follow up appointment today and the plan is for me to stay on BCPs for one full cycle, have an ultrasound on 1/23, and if all looks good my FET will be scheduled the week of 3/23.  I'm super bummed it's so far away, but my doctor is worried that if I start the meds for an FET so soon after surgery it might disrupt the healing process and I would be back where I started.  I'm just really nervous that the surgery didn't work  At least I'll know soon (1/23) if the surgery was a success or not.  In the mean time I'm going to try to lose as much of the 17 pounds I've gained since my first loss in Sept of 2013.

@bansel92813‌ it was my first day back after being off over the holidays as well- my whole department had trouble focusing! FX this is your cycle.

@Frenchteachermama‌ Bravo pour AF! I'm sorry they have delayed your FET a bit, but it seems like it will best maximize your recovery and changes. I have everything crossed that your u/s shows a beautiful uterus ready for implantation.

@kcrkcs‌ boo to AF DH and I were both on vacatoin during my ovulation window this past cycle, and it was amazing. We could be lazy and actually enjoy it, instead of having sex like a business.

As for me, I'm hopeful this cycle. Our timing is decent, and I'm crossing my fingers that I can get a BFP and try to have a sticky baby before my fibroid grows back. I was talking with a coworker today about the situation, and she summed it up by saying "man, your in a tough spot". Yep, sigh.

@Frenchteachermama YAY for AF showing up, :-q to your FET not being until March. I really hope that the surgery was a success.

AFM, I started a new cycle the day after xmas... so I'm about another 6-9 days from o again.  I was so optimistic about last cycle, and I'm just feeling so defeated about work and way over EVERYTHING so who knows how I'll feel by the time o rolls around again.

Sorry that I have been MIA ladies. I've been lurking a bit but not posting much. The holidays were rough and I have just needed to step back from the bump for a bit. My birthday is Sunday and that also has me a bit down. But i've missed you all and wanted you all to know I'm still here.
