Back from vacation and need some help

Hey ladies,
I am finally back in the US. Actually waiting to get off my cruise ship as I type this. I need some help. I stopped estrogen Tuesday night, and triggered on Wednesday morning we did all the BDing like required. The problem is each morning I would spot just lightly in the AM and then it would go away until yesterday I had a pretty heavy flow, enough that a liner wasn't enough. That would only be 2 days past O. What on earth could be going on ??

P.S. I have seriously missed this board! I have a 8 hour drive ahead of me and I can't wait to catch up with all the news!! Hope everyone had a great new year!
Married: 12/15/2012    TTC: 08/2014
Husband: 26 SA: normal
Me: 23 Low AMH and damaged ovaries due to chemotherapy.
No AF or O in 3 years. HSG showed a slight T shaped uterus.

High Risk OB 9/29- got the ok to get pregnant.
RE Appt:  10/28/ U/S showed follicles, but also small damaged ovaries.
B/W results CD0: all normal except low AMH at 1.3
Cycle 1-November (TI)- Femera 2.5mg, 2mg Estradoil, and Trigger=BFN
Cycle 2-December (TI)- Femera 2.5 mg ,4mg Estradoil, and Trigger= No O
Cycle 3-January (TI)- Femera 5 mg, 2mg Estradoil, and Trigger=

    @iPutKetchupOnKetchup‌ we are talking bright red and pretty heavy a little lighter today but still more than spotting. I wasn't worried about the light spotting as I figured it was just my cervix irritated from twice a day estrogen for over a week and lots of BDing. But this is totally different. I put a call into the RE but have no idea what is going on. (Love the boat rocking haha)

    Yay for vacation!

    Boo for mid-cycle bleeding. :(

    It's hard to imagine a lining that stays healthy after a red flow bleed. I always took estrogen through to AF. I wonder if stopping it mid-cycle caused bleeding because the lining support was suddenly stopped? I know due to health reasons your body doesn't need any more estrogen than necessary, though! Sounds like a call to the RE would be a big help. Maybe they would even bring you in for an ultrasound (especially since you bled) to check on your lining? So sorry, that has got to be very frustrating!

    I have additional advice to offer.  The other oh so wise ladies here covered everything I could come up with as well.

    I just wanted to welcome you back!  I hope (spotting aside) you had a wonderful trip!  You have an 8 hour drive home from wear the boat docked? Wow!  Hope you guys have some good audiobooks or something!

    Me: 31 (PCOS) possible right tube issues DH: 36 (SA normal) 
    Started dating in 2006, Married 2012 
    TTC since November 2013 
    First RE visit due to irregular periods: June 2014
    Lap/Hysto to remove polyps, cyst and tube blockage 11/6
    Cycle 1 (Dec. 2014) TI with Clomid, Trigger, & Progesterone CX due to no response
    Impatiently Waiting CD1 to try again with Fermara Back on the bench due to giant cyst,
    who know I'd ovulate on my own after a cancelled cycle and end up with a mega cyst :(

    @rainbowbridge14‌ today I am 3dpo, 5dptrigger, that is exactly what I was thinking!! I don't think that I had enough of a period last cycle and this one is just screwed up. I told them I didn't have a bleed just light spotting but they said my numbers and lining etc looked like I was ready for the next cycle. So who knows. They have me scheduled to go in for b/w tomorrow morning so I think they will probably go ahead and do another u/s.

    @BunnyBerry‌ my RE believes that estrogen doesn't have any additional benefits after you ovulate. But I agree with you.

    Vacation was wonderful but I am so glad to be back on solid ground. It was a very rocky trip!!

    I'm so jealous, hope you had a fantastic time! Could it be a ruptured cyst? I had breakthrough bleeding (bright red) and it turned out to be a cyst that ruptured. In my case I didn't have any pain, I would still call the RE to have them check.

    I don't have any advice, but welcome back and I'm sorry for the spotting! I hope you get some answers soon.

    Me: 27 DH: 35

    TTC #1 Since July 2013

    Started RE Testing July 2014

    2 HSG tests: Right tube is blocked, possible endo.

    TSH elevated, started Synthroid 25 mg daily.

    October, 2014: Femara 5 mg + TI ---> 3 follies on blocked tube side ---> BFN

    November, 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI#1--2 follies (on the good side), 46 mil. motile sperm=BFN

    Nov-Dec 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #2 (1 follie, 76 mil. motile sperm) + Endometrin=BFN

    January, 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #3 (1 follie, 38 mil. motile sperm)=???

    New RE appt. scheduled for 1/14.

    Thanks for the sweet welcome backs! It makes this terrible drive a little more tolerable.

    So I just got a call back from the nurse that I can't stand. She's always so abrupt and to the point and always makes me feel like I'm annoying her... The RE said that based on my symptoms he feels like I did not ovulate at all and this is a period since I didn't really have one last month. My last monitoring appt was 2 days before I triggered so he is guessing that my one follicle was ready. It was at 16 or 17 two days before I triggered. I am going for a progesterone test tomorrow and they will determine next step from there. If progesterone is low they said it will confirm no O this month and will have me go back from a baseline u/s to start another medicated cycle (hopefully with a better stronger game plan). If level is high they will probably just chalk it up to my body being weird and my cervix being irritated from the estrogen and lots of monitoring vag cams and BDing. So hopefully tomorrow I will have more information.

    As for a cyst- I didn't have one last Monday on u/s could it grow and rupture that quickly?

    Well I went to the RE today for a progesterone test and it looks like they were right I did not ovulate this cycle. I am not sure why or what is going on. I go back tomorrow for an u/s and more b/w.

    Thanks ladies. I'm super frustrated and trying to not be upset. It's been rough. But I'll make it.
    @BlueFairy5‌ I agree I don't know how I could not ovulate even with the trigger. I'm lost. I was monitored until two days before trigger I had one follicle at 17 and they wanted it to be at least 18.

    @rainbowbridge14‌ I don't know what the official new plan will be. I know tomorrow will be an u/s and more bloodwork since I am still bleeding. I think we will increase my letrozle, as I was only on 2.5 mg. but I am just guessing. I will see the dr tomorrow so I think we will have a sit down talk and try to figure out what to do. I am starting to think that my body won't respond to oral meds. I have had so many issues from the start but I'm staying hopeful as I know there are more options we can try.
