Tricare question

My OB gave me a script to have DH get a sperm analysis. Does he need to go to the clinic to get it approved or can he just have it done? TIA

Laparoscopy 2002 and 2007
HSG 8/2014, right tube partially blocked
1st BFP 1/5/15 EDD 9/12/15- miscarried 1/8/15
BFP 10/5/15 EDD 6/17/16- delivered healthy girl 6/18/16
BFP 8/4/16 EDD 3/2/18- trisomy 18 girl- no heartbeat 8/25/17 at 13 weeks d&c 8/28/17
BFP 12/4/17 EDD 8/19/18

    When we went through treatment I gave my doctor DH's SSN and she sumbitted a request.  He then went to the lab as directed and submitted a sample.

    We did the same. He went to the lab and they scheduled it there. They had a specific day and time for him to do it.
    We didn't have to do it on a specific day/time, but he just did it through the lab. I picked up the specimen collection cup and we could submit it whenever. He was able to do the sample at home and then take it to the lab (it had to be within 30 minutes).

    SA normal. Genetic testing normal. Hormonal testing normal.
    HSG 6/30/14 - found blocked left tube and 2 'bubbles' on uterine wall.
    Hysteroscopy/Lap--8/4/14 - Tubes unblocked. Polyps removed from uterine wall. Septum removed.
     9/30/14--Off the bench! Unmedicated TI through December 2014
    BFP 12/14/14!!! Beta #1, 12/16: 990 Beta #2, 12/18: Over 2000! Beta #3, 12/22: over 8000!
     U/S #1, 12/23: gestational sac, possible heartbeat
    U/S #2, 12/30: HEARTBEAT! 128bpm, measuring right on at 7w EDD: 8/19/2015
    U/S #3, 1/9: BPM in the 180s, IT'S HAPPENING!!!
