Clarification Please....

I'm about to start my 18th week. My baby book says that the 18th week starts the 5th month? Is this accurate? If anyone knows of any online sites or paper books to refer me to I would appreciate it. The book I have is "What to expect when expecting".

20 weeks should be 5m so like
4/8/12/16/20/24/28/32/36/40
