Having trouble with bump badges

I''m trying to add my It's a Boy! and Due in May badges. Everytime I paste the URL in the signature box in my profile , it just comes up as a URL in my posts.

My ticker shows but nothing else. What am I doing wrong?

use the one that says [IMG] instead of URL.

thanks, I tried both, one that says URL and one that says htt//image. Neither worked. I feel like I'm missing something really basic here.
