I make two one pot meals that are pretty to die for. Both are healthy too!

I make this using whole wheat semolina spaghetti, since SO dislikes the taste of regular whole wheat. It's still just as healthy, but has a similar taste and look to regular spaghetti. We are having this one for dinner tonight.

I use regular whole wheat pasta for this, and it's really really good. Cade freaking loved this one!

Does that include crock pot? If so, French dip. It's so easy, I can friggin do it.
Ingredients
3 lb Beef chuck roast (I used round bottom roast)
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Soy sauce
1 tsp Dried rosemary
1 tsp Dried thyme
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 Bay leaf
4 Whole peppercorns
8 French rolls,split

Directions
Place roast in a slow cooker. Add water,soy sauce and seasonings. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until beef is tender. (i cooked on high for one hr, then low for 6). Remove meat from broth; shred with fork and keep warm. Strain broth; skim off fat. Pour broth into small cups for dipping. Serve beef on rolls.
