The nurses at the hospital told us to use a file, but it didn't help at all. They were so soft and DD hated it! I tried it for several weeks but then tried using her baby nail clippers a few weeks ago. It works so much better! Then sometimes they just peel off. I have to wait until she's really drowsy or asleep to do it. Speaking of which, I really need to clip them again. Even though it has gone well so far, it still makes me nervous!

At first, DD's nails were too soft to file easily and the baby emery boards aren't great. I use my glass nail file now and it works really well.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs. My rainbow arrived 10/15/14. TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
I clipped her little fingers one too many times, I was being ridiculous crying like a mad woman. My husband was deployed and I was at my parents and she ran in and was like, is everyone okay? Haha I'm lame.
Anyway I voted SS because I clip a corner and then peel the nail, works for us!
