Hiiii! I hope everyone has a great new years!

I'm 22w1d

Woke up super nauseas today (haven't been nauseas at all this whole pregnancy) and it kind of hasn't really gone away. Went in for a cervix measurement today and it seems to have shortened a bit, I only was able to see the tech but she said there isn't anything to worry about but they're seeing me sooner than originally scheduled. I know if I should be nervous the dr would've come in and talked to me butttttt yeah.... hopefully ill shake it.

Resolutions: 2014 was one of my most difficult years - from the numerous tests, insane amounts of bloodwork I'm sure many of you have experienced, and not too many answers - but ended up being one of the happiest. So my resolution is going to be ENJOY MYSELF, ENJOY PREGNANCY, AND ALLOW MYSELF TO BE HAPPY. - - - and to be a good mommy

Not too much going on here at 25w4d.  I got my compression stockings and O M G they are amazing!  They are so hard to get on, and I have no idea how I'll get into them in another 6 weeks, but, wow!  My legs feel great and my veins don't hurt!!!!

QOTW: I'm not a big resolution person....  I try and work on staying healthy and happy as a year round project

22w2d here! I have the crud/sinus infection..it sucks. My best friend who coincidentally went through fertility treatments alongside me had her sweet miracle yesterday! He is perfect and the joy I felt for them was just amazing!!

New Years resolution... I don't ever stick to one but I hope to be a good mom and adjust well. Even though we wanted this so badly it is still quite scary having never done it before.

I'm 18w6d.. Big anatomy scan on Friday! I'm taking my SIL with me... The MFM office I have to go to brings back bad memories and DH can't take off work. Hopefully the little guy cooperates!

Qotw: None for me. I usually don't stick to them anyway. All I want is a healthy pregnancy and baby!

18w3d here. Found out the babies are both boys! I'm sure I'll be all over the Internet planning and decorating soon.

We're going to nyc tomorrow, which will be my last flight of the pregnancy. I'm hoping for not a lot of leg swelling and the ability to do some sight seeing without getting too tired.

@sweetpotato123‌ get stockings to wear! Wear them on the flight and while you're walking around! It's probably too late to find any with any compression, but my OB told me to buy queen size (to fit over my belly) stockings from (insert random pharmacy chain) to wear when we flew to Jamaica when I was pg with A. I really think it helped! Drink lots of water and get up to move at least once an hour while flying.

@kmc84 - Yay for good stockings! And early congrats for moving onto the third tri! There are so many May and June babies in this group, so I'm sure someone will take over. ;;)

@stephanieisee - Hope the cervix was just a teeny bit shortened. I know the size can vary a lot over time and depending on the angle, so if they so don't worry, then you're probably fine.

AFM, all is well here. We're doing a lot of work getting ready for the little girl during this break. DH is almost done installing the floors, and we bought the crib. We're going to start the painting soon, which will involve us painting a tree on one wall. Neither of us is an artist, so this may not go well. In the meantime I'm just twiddling my thumbs, feeling her move ALL THE TIME, and trying to stay healthy. It feels like time is crawling, but I only have a couple more weeks left in the second trimester!

QOTW: I always make some, and this year's is the same as last year's (and I think the year before that): Have a healthy baby. It might actually happen this time! Beyond that, I want to work on my self-discipline with work a bit more. I think I'll have to once there's a baby around. I also have my husband in mind, because his vocation/avocation situation is in bad shape, and I really want him happier and employed in something he likes. Can you make resolutions for other people?  )

18w 1d here. We have our anatomy scan on Monday but will wait to find out sex the following weekend with family. I'm sure that envelope is going to be super tempting all week!

QOTW: just to be grateful every day for this little one and the chance to be a mom. I also like @JimBobCooter‌ resolution of losing that baby weight!

18w1d here and confirmed the sex of the baby on Wednesday. Super exited. I'll post pics of the reveal on Sunday! Knock on wood everything has been good so far. I think I finally felt the baby move? Could be wrong. It felt like someone flicked me lightly from the inside. I haven't felt the bubble sensation or the tickle that others talk about. It feel like soft kicks. I've felt them on different accounts. My anatomy ultrasound was suppose to be tomorrow but the DR will be in surgery so I have to wait another week to see our June bug.
I hope everyone has a blessed, healthy, happy new year! This is the year we will give birth! Whoo hoo!!

QOTW- I never stick to them anyways. But my ultimate goal is to have a safe, positive and healthy pregnancy and delivery!

Happy new year girls!

17 weeks today! Feeling pretty good. I think I'm starting to feel movement. It's occasional and very low and feels like a poke/flutter/soft kick. I don't know if I'm making it up haha but I hope that's what it is!! Have an OB appt tomorrow..haven't bled in 2 weeks which is a milestone! Hopefully my placenta is inching up!

QOTW: I don't really make resolutions but I'm trying to stress less and not get worked up as easily over little things!

22w5d here.  Not too much new...still sick, but baby is moving around more and more, which is comforting.  We are getting the nursery painted Saturday, and I can't wait to get the big items we already have in that room to start decorating. 

@IFinTN glad you are home now...I hope you feel better!  As much as this is all worth it, it baffles me how some people have an easy peasy pregnancy and others have such a rough time.

QOTW: I've been trying to be better about picking up after myself.  We're not awful....but when it comes to clothes and dishes, I'm messy.  I'm sure with a baby, it'll just get worse, but I want to start some good habits (at least with my own items) before she's here.  I'd also like to go to church more regularly.

Nothing exciting for me, just living in disbelief that I made it to a half way point in a pregnancy. If you would have told me on January 1, 2014, this is how we'd be ending the year, I would have laughed in your face. Starting to declutter the room which will become the nursery. I think we've decided on a nursery color for Little Man...now I just hope we can execute what it looks like in my head.

Hi! I'm coming up from 1st Tri I'd love to be added! I'm 15 weeks today with twins. My EDD is 6/25. I'm feeling ok!

We have a belly check on Monday and our A/S on Jan. 22. We were pretty firmly Team Green, but I'm kinda wavering. We'll see what we end up doing!

@IFinTN that sounds awful. I'm glad everything is ok!

QOTW: My New Years Resolution is to curse less. I messed up already like 3 times today. Boo. On to tomorrow!

26w2d  coming up on my last update in 2nd tri   Hard to believe it!

We had our echo done tuesday and everything was perfect and we got a few pictures.  Next week we have a growth scan so we can see her again.  Holy cow does she move around A LOT!  And boy can she kick. 

QOTW: I don't really ever do resolutions, though I do set goals for myself. Like this year I have signed up for a 1/2 marathon about 6 months after my due date.  I have had to put off running one for 2 years due to the training conflicting with TTC and getting pregnant.  My goal is to be able to run it, preferably in around 2 hours, so we shall see.

Happy New Years All! 19w4d and still chugging along. SO is slowing integrating bigger clothes for me to wear, both exciting and depressing at the same time. As someone who has struggled with weight since puberty, stupid PCOS, to want a larger sized piece of clothing is hard but he is being very supportive about it. Hands are still throbbing but that won't go away until LO shows, so dealing. I think the baby has done a karate chop or two, possibly, but not totally sure. :-/ SO wants this process to go faster so he can feel it too. I assured him it's going at the speed it's supposed to. He gets to see LO next week as the a/s scan and he hasn't seen the baby since it was a little indistinct blob so that will be awesome for him. 

QOTW - To get the house in a less state of disaster so it can become an even bigger disaster later. We need to move a few things around to make space for the LO, just working room basically. We have a small house we want to get ready to ditch. Now is the time while I can still help some.

AFM- 16w4d over here, and I think I've started to feel the babies move here and there. It's this faint fluttering moving feeling, so I'm hoping it's them! Our anatomy scan is January 14th and I'm excited to get to see the babies again since Monday's appt was just a quickie.

QOTW- No resolutions over here, just hoping for two healthy babies!

I agree @jamielynn53 , i get scared and I'm hesitant to say anything bc i do not want people to think we made this decision lightly and also I do not want to freak my husband out. I feel like i need to be confident for him, too. Like, we got this!

22w3d here! I can finally feel this little girl moving...even with the anterior placenta! No one can feel from the outside yet but I can feel her and I love it....even if she enjoys moving the most when I'm laying down and relaxing/trying to sleep! I hope she gets it together by the time she arrives so not ALL of our night is a party!!

DH leaves for 6 weeks tomorrow...so I'll be doing some nursery prep solo

QOTW: Not big on resolutions....but more excited than usual for the new year<3

I'm 17 weeks and 4 days. Next MFM appointment is Jan 14th and next OB is Jan 21st. Just about every preggo symptom has been mine lately: constant stuffy nose, lots of trouble sleeping, back pain, heart racing and trouble catching my breath. Not sure if I've been feeling babies kicking or if it's just gas though both docs said I should be feeling kicks. Cannot wait to feel that happen! Enjoying my 2 week winter break from school and NOT looking forward to going back on Monday. Actually, need to finish applying for a new job: online teaching. Would really like to be home with the girls for at least their first year.

QOTW: No legit new year's resolutions but planning to sell the big oak desk and convert the office into a double nursery. Quite the challenge since my MIL is temporarily living in our converted garage extra room. Really need the extra space.

Happy new year! I'm 21 weeks- 2 days and feeling pretty good. Still not feeling baby girl at all- boo! Any day now I guess! We go back for another A/S on Wednesday to check her spine, nose, mouth.. We saw them on the ultrasound but the radiologist didn't get a good enough view 2 weeks ago!
I officially have cankles! Noticed my ankles swelling after a long 11 hr road trip Friday. Trying to elevate and drink fluids to help, which it does. They seem to come back in the evening though. Soooo attractive!

No New Years resolutions.. I tend to not stick to them!

I don't know how I missed this check in!  

I'm 23w5d today.  I am really looking forward to starting steroids when I hit 24w on Wednesday. That will feel like we've crossed a real hurdle, and I'm anxious to do *something* other than trying my best to do nothing to keep these babies safe.

The other morning - was it yesterday? - I had a significant, but not a huge leak.  I feel like I've slowed down to a small trickle since then, and it may have even stopped for now. My MFM performed a u/s this morning and confirmed good fluid in B, but low fluid in A.  Still, there was some fluid, and he advised that the leaking wasn't all bad - it's a sign that there is still fluid to leak.  So, I've put myself on constant hydration duty.  Today I had lots of water, 2 cups of orange juice, a half can of ginger ale, a small carton of milk, a cup of decaf tea, a cup of green tea (mmmm... caffeine), and more water - oh, and a lot of trips to the bathroom.  So glad I've retained my "bathroom privileges" (which is the term they used when I checked into the hospital on Friday - I can't imagine how miserable I'd be if I didn't have those).

QOTW:  Other than the obvious - to do everything in my power to bring home to healthy babies - I dunno.  I have a lot of bad habits, like getting easily distracted by the internet, and putting off the tasks I don't enjoy doing.  I should work on those.

Also, I should resolve not to feel sorry for myself over little things, like not being able to help DH get the nursery ready, or lamenting the nice maternity clothes I bought, but will never wear, or the classed I signed up for, but had to cancel - just the general early upheaval of my plans.  Those are not the important things, and not worth the energy of missing them.  All I really want is to bring home two healthy babies... and I don't care if they have to sleep with the pile of empty Menopur boxes I stacked up in the spare room, like a lazy hormonal lady.  (Though, I *really* should have thrown them out.  Between my 2 IVF cycles last year, I think I stimmed for 22 days - that's a lot of empty boxes I never threw out - yikes.  Sorry, DH).
