I don't post often but I thought I might be able to get some support from this board. DH and I have two healthy kids (DD born in 2011 and DS born in 2013). I got by third BFP in May of this year. Everything seemed to be going well until my 19 week ultrasound. They confirmed that our little man had a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia and that his left lung had not developed at all. After 3 weeks of testing we were given an almost zero chance of survival so we had to make the decision to either go forward knowing he wouldn't make it or schedule an early induction. Because we have two other kids to think about we opted for an early induction. On September 30 after almost 20 hours of labor Oliver John was born and passed away at 22 weeks gestation.
Fast forward to December 26... I got my fourth BFP! We are extremely nervous and don't plan on telling anyone for a very long time. I am scheduled for my first ultrasound on the 22nd so my fingers are crossed!
Welcome. I'm sorry for the loss of your son. Congrats on this new pregnancy!
