This just happened on my side of town. I'm generally a very non-violent person but I want this women to suffer. If she's mentally ill she should be locked away forever.

I'm super upset and in tears. How could anyone do this to a child? That poor baby

The authorities have confirmed the body's identity and it is the 14 month old boy. Yesterday I was hoping so badly that this would have a happy ending and they'd find him wandering around somewhere  

They tortured that child How hard would they have had to spank that baby to remove several layers of skin!? Give me five minutes in a room with that women and the person who tortured that child. Dexter ain't got shit on me.
