Screaming before latching after bottle introduction.

DD is 3 months old and EBF using a nipple shield from day 1. We introduced bottles of BM a few times a day about six weeks ago. She gets 2-3 bottles while I work and I breastfeed her for all her other feedings. Recently over the past week when I go to breastfeed her she screams at the boob. She gets hysterical and I have to calm her down. Once she calms herself to suck for a few extra seconds the milk lets down and she latches inmediately and is fine for the rest of the feed. It's almost as if she gets frysterated with those extra few seconds of waiting.

As of now she's only doing this maybe 5% of the time and she feeds with no issue the majority, but I don't want this situation to get progressively worse and a few times I've wondered whether she can even calm down enough to eat at all.

Has anyone experienced this or have any tips? Thanks so much in advance.
