6 month sleep regression

Is this a thing?  Ugh!

Feels like we just emerged from the dreaded 4 month regression...we were finally back to rockin' the 8 hour stretches, and bam, up every 2 hours again.  No bueno  :(

Re: 6 month sleep regression

  • I really hope not. We finally got a good stretch last night again, though that could have more to do with 3 shots yesterday at the doctor's office than progress back to STTN.

I found months 6-12 to be a continuous regression with my oldest kid between teething, newfound mobility, separation anxiety, etc. He's the best sleeper now, though. My middle son has been in a regression all his life, so it's hard to compare. ;)
  • Wonder week 26. Sleep regression and eating regression mentioned.

  • Mine is teething. Badly. Like, she's cutting her canines. Who the hell goes straight to the canines?? So as a result, we have some sleep regression. She's been up and down a lot at night, which is unusual for her. Tylenol helps her sleep, but we try to limit how often we're giving it to her
