Not overnight yet. The IL are willing to watch her overnight but we have not had any reason to leave her. I feel like I should take advantage while I have someone willing to offer.
My best friend got married about 10 hrs away back in September. DH couldn't get off work and was working way too long of hours to do any of the childcare so M spent a few days with my brother and SIL at their place. Because of the logistics of the whole thing (brother and SIL live 2 hrs east, I had to drive 10 hrs west) I had to drop her off with them the day before I left, spent a day traveling, a day at the wedding, another day driving home and then met up with them the following day. So she spent a total of 4 nights and close to 5 days with them. She has also recently started to have a monthly sleepover at my mom and stepdad's. Usually goes Friday after my mom gets home from school, DH and I get to have a date night and then I spend Saturday doing some house stuff that I usually can't get done with her before we pick her up.
3 nights, only because I was in labor and having a baby though. Then I was stuck in the hospital in recovery. I hated every second of it and the last night away was the worst.
@kdc2007 I know it's a pain to coordinate the distance, but it could be worth it for a couple solo days, even if you and DH planned a staycation or something. Would your parents meet you 1/2 way on, say, a Friday after work and then the same on Sunday? That's what I did with my brother and SIL when they took M for me in September. It was kind of a hassle, but necessary because I was headed to the wedding. But I know when I give her to my mom for a night it is just so nice to not worry about bedtimes and routines, sleep in the next morning and get some projects accomplished that otherwise take double-triple the amount of time, or don't get done at all.
MIL watched him for 3 nights when DH and I went on a anniversary trip. He does fine as long as he's at home. He hates sleeping anywhere else even if we're there so it'll be awhile before he goes anywhere to spend the night w/o us.

I voted not overnight- but I totally forgot that I did leave him overnight once when Nora was born! Duh! We went to the hospital after he went to bed and he woke up with my mom there (and then DH came home shortly after). It did not go super well and he was a wreck the next day while my sister watched him.
My ILs watched him overnight the first night we were at the hospital, but he's never been overnight at someone else's house. DH went home the second night because the hospital couch was not very comfortable.
