Placenta Encapsulation at Mercy

So I know that not many people read or respond on this board, but I thought I would throw out my question anyway. 

I am interested in placenta encapsulation and am giving birth at Mercy hospital. Has anyone done that there? If so, what was the procedure? Did they act like you were a weirdo for requesting it? I'm interested in anyone's experience. Thanks!

I delivered at MO Bap and though I didn't do placenta encapsulation, I was asked about it both times (as in "do you have any special requests regarding your delivery, including cord blood donation or desire to keep your placenta?"). If your concerned talk to your doctor about it, since s/he'll need to sign off on it either way.
