Question about pain

I'm having this pain between my ribs I feel like throwing up also over all feeling like crap. Has anyone else had these symptoms?
I'm 25 weeks 6 days

Are you constipated? Could it be trapped gas?

I've had a bowel movements today so I don't think it's constipation. I was thinking maybe heart burn I've never had it before

I've had similar pain. It's gas pains, I find it helps laying on my left side, and drinking loads of fluids.
