It has been a quiet few days, so let's get it rolling with a poll!

I'm tripping over toys. With Christmas presents and J's birthday, we were blessed with a ton of new stuff. What do you do with all the stuff?!?

  • I voted for  We keep most, finding new spots to tuck stuff away. We donate or pitch stuff that gets broken or just isn't well liked

But We have/want more than one kiddo, so we save/pass down the old stuff was a REALLY close second.

This for me too. We just went threw all of DSs toys. We saved the toys he's outgrown for the twins as long as they were in good working order. So we found some new places to tuck away these toys until the twins are older.
    Diagnosed MFI- low sperm count
DS-Born 7/27/11 After 2 years of IF we have our little man
    TTC#2 January 2013
    11 Medicated cycles gave us
    B/G Twins born 10/8/14 @ 32 weeks
  • We save a lot of toys assuming the younger kids will play with them, which for the most part has been happening.  Maren plays with toys that were bought 6 years ago for Shannon.

But, we have way too much stuff so I've been begging and pleading with the grandparents to give gifts like a session of swimming of tennis lessons instead of "stuff."

Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck.  Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
