So, I'm usually more of a responder, than a poster... But for the ladies whose Hs have had SA done, could you recommend any articles to send to MH? We are pretty sure we're probably dealing with only one testicle that produces to begin with since he had a serious lacrosse injury in college that ruptured a testicle, and it had to be put back together. But, that's all speculation on our part. TIA!

Does your RE have literature? There are a couple of different ways of looking at morphology from what I saw in my reading and there are some wide ranges of "normal" on line. The main things they look for are motility (moving straight or in circles as opposed to erratically I guess), count (number in the sample)' and the morphology (shape). I do know some women whose husbands have improved numbers through a controlled vitamin and diet regiment. Not sure if this is the information you were looking for or not, but I hope it helps a bit.
